Returns and Refunds

At Forbidden Fruits, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're always here to help.

We accept eligible returns for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Please note:

  • Bodysuits cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.

  • Sale items are final sale, unless faulty.

  • We do not offer free returns for change of mind purchases.

  • Store credits have no expiry date.

How to Return

Please email hello@forbiddenfruitsthelabel.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, you have a further 7 days to post your item back and provide us with proof of postage and a tracking number.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility for change of mind exchanges.

Return Conditions

All returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and have all tags attached. Items must be free from stains, odours, makeup, perfume, pet hair or damage.

Once received, we will inspect your return and arrange your store credit or exchange.

If your item does not meet these conditions, we may be unable to accept the return and will arrange for it to be sent back at your expense.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Faulty items, including underwear, bodysuits and sale items, may be eligible for an exchange, refund or other appropriate remedy. We will cover reasonable return postage where required.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via Australia Post unless otherwise specified. If your parcel is lost, delayed or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can assist.

International customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
