We are dedicated to providing our customers with a seamless online shopping experience. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to offer returns within 6 days of receiving your order for a full store credit or exchange (excluding underwear for sanitary reasons). This means that from the date you receive your item, you have a 6-day window to request a return for a store credit or exchange. Please note that return requests outside of the 6-day time period will not be accepted.

We do not offer refunds

It's important to note that we cannot accept returns or refunds on underwear due to hygiene reasons, as outlined in the Australian Consumer Law. We do not offer refunds on other products either. We encourage all our customers to carefully consider their purchases and consult our size guide or contact customer service to ensure the perfect fit. We reserve the right to change or remove our return policy at any time.

How to return

Please contact us at hello@forbiddenfruitsthelabel.com within six days of receiving your item, and include your original order number. If the item arrived with any faults, kindly attach clear images to your email. (Please note that exchange requests beyond this time frame will not be accepted.) Return expenses are the customer's responsibility, UNLESS it's a faulty item, in which case we will supply a free return label.

We advise that you use the original packaging (if possible) or new packaging to prevent any damage in transit, and to obtain a tracking reference for your return parcel, as the item remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit.

Within six days of us authorizing your return via email, please send a copy of your proof of postage (including a tracking number) to hello@forbiddenfruitsthelabel.com.

Upon receiving your returned item, we will promptly evaluate its condition and reach out to you. To qualify for an exchange or store credit, the item must be in its original condition, with tags attached, unused, and free from any stains, perspiration, odors, alterations, or damage caused by smoke, pets, perfumes, makeup, or other factors that may affect its resale value. Please thoroughly inspect your item before sending it back to ensure it meets our return standards. If your return does not meet our criteria, it will be rejected and shipped back to you at your expense.

Once your return is approved, we will issue a store credit to the email address associated with your original order. Please check your inbox and spam folder for your store credit. Although the underwear includes a hygiene sticker for transit purposes, we are still unable to accept it as a return due to hygiene regulations under Australian Consumer Law.
