If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are more then happy to offer returns within 6 days of receiving your order for a full store credit or exchange. (excluding underwear for sanitary reasons purley) This means that from the date you receive your item, you have a 6-day window to request a return for a store credit or exchange. Please note that returns requests outside of the 6-day time period will not be accepted.


It's important to note that we cannot accept returns on underwear due to hygiene reasons, as outlined in the Australian Consumer Law. We encourage all our customers to carefully consider their purchases and consult our size guide or contact customer service to ensure the perfect fit. We reserve the right to change/remove our return policy at any time.


Please contact us at within six days of receiving your item, and include your original order number. If the item arrived with any faults, kindly attach clear images to your email. (Please note that exchange requests beyond this time-frame will not be accepted).

Please note that return expenses are the customer's responsibility, UNLESS it's a faulty item where we will supply a free return label. We advise that you use original packaging (if you can) or new packaging to prevent any damage in transit and to obtain a tracking reference for your return parcel, as the item remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit.

Upon receiving your returned item, we will promptly evaluate its condition and reach out to you. Please note that to qualify for a store credit/exchange, the item must be in its original condition, Must have tags on, unused and free from any stains, perspiration, odors, alterations, or damages caused by smoke, pets, perfumes, makeup, or any other factors that may affect its resale value. We kindly advise you to thoroughly inspect your item before sending it back to us to ensure that it meets our return standards. If your return does not meet our criteria, it will be rejected and shipped back to you at your expense. To avoid disappointment, make sure it meets the return standards. 
Once your return is approved, we will issue a store credit to the email address associated with your original order. Please make sure to check your inbox and spam folder for your store credit.

Although we acknowledge that the underwear has been equipped with a hygiene sticker exclusively for transit purposes, we must inform you that we are still unable to receive it as a return in compliance with Australian consumer law due to hygiene reasons.
